Lora comes to the Real Estate Market with a strong background in real life property experience.  She and her husband are land owners as well as residential property owners. They have bought and sold land for investment purposes. Lora managed the business and knows first-hand about sales, amortization schedules, rental sales, investment property, owner financing and small business management. Lora knows that when you buy a house or piece of property that you are making a large investment whether it is for your family or for business. With her degree in accounting; she understands all aspects of the process because she has done it.

Lora has been married for 18 years to Wayne Oliver and they have two children, J.W. and Kiley Oliver. J.W. is a junior at Wayne County High School, and an officer in FFA. Kiley is in 1^st grade at Odum Elementary.
